Anime > Dub
The following information is about Dub.
Dub Defined
Re-recording the dialogue (and, at times, songs and sound effects) of a program with dialogue in another language. In the context of Anime, it means a Japanese show dubbed in English. Generally more popular than subtitled anime (though it depends on the series), some fans only like these, others ("purists") hate them with a passion, and a small third group will accept either.

Bludgeoning Angel Dokuro-Chan
Published November 15, 2008, 9:07 pm, Anime News Network
The premise alone should be a clear indication of what to expect: a ridiculous silly, ridiculously bloody, and generally fun little series which acts like a cross between Excel Saga and an ecchi harem romantic comedy, with a bit of Monty Python -like sensibility thrown in for good measure.

My Otome Zwei
Published November 13, 2008, 9:07 pm, Anime News Network
Looked at from a cynical viewpoint, this four episode OVA follow-up to My-Otome , which was released in Japan about eight months after the original TV series concluded, was just another way for Sunrise to milk their My-HiME franchise while it was still hot by providing an unneeded successor.
